Each resident has their own plan, and it changes as they do.

We’re a small, single-level home on Tacoma’s east side, licensed by Washington State DSHS for six adults living with dementia, developmental disabilities or mental health needs. Our caregivers know each person by name, habit and favorite meal.

Every room is private, with a smart TV and internet. Wide halls and accessible bathrooms fit a wheelchair or walker, and the fenced backyard has a garden and a barbecue. Between us we speak English, Vietnamese and Chinese.
